what is the differences of to be going to and would like to in the expression of intention?

If to be going to... you've planned it from scratch
Example: I am going to your country
and If would like to... you just planned it a few minutes ago or you just thought about it
Example: I would like to open the door
Note: 'Would like to' is same with 'Will'
